May we go over some important details about your review? The project was 2 yrs ago during the rise of COVID. With your explanation of having to deal with hard times and the pleading to use your son in your remodel to basically save on cost we agreed that responsibility and cost would be divided. In the end we wanted to help in any way possible. YOUR family persuaded you that the remodel should be done one way and after APPROVAL by you and AFTER completion and AFTER a significant amount of time had past, because of your dislike, you hired someone else to redo the work and then requested that we reimburse you for it! At CJ Howard, we strive to be our best! To have integrity and unwavering professionalism! We take pride in building relationships with our clients that exceeds being just a business transaction and more like friends and families. But in the end understand that this is a business and will continue to be conducted as such.
