This was a final move-out cleaning involving everything from scrubbing down kitchen cabinets to windows and screens, sliding doors and tracks, and flooring, too. Cecilia and Katherin were a pleasure to work with at every step. Quick with a response and estimate; patience when I had to postpone our job due to other contractor delays; easy rescheduling, and promptness and great work quality, too. Professionalism every step of the way!

To be honest, this was the first time using a cleaning service and based on the cost, I was a bit disappointed. Although I didn't request a "deep" clean, I was still expecting everything to be picked up and dusted, dusted under and around things, and done thoroughly. After the cleaning person left, and in the evening when I was preparing my home for photos to be able to sell it, I discovered many areas that were just skimmed over and not done thoroughly. I paid extra to have the blinds and baseboards/woodwork dusted, but that too was 1/2 done.
I'll know going forward to somehow find the energy to do this myself rather than spend that kind of money for the bare minimum in cleaning that was provided. Quite disappointed.
