I don’t normally write reviews for things because I trust what other people have to say. But this team was amazing. They came after sitting for over an hour in traffic and immediately got to work. It seemed like less than an hour after they got here they were almost done! But seriously, this team was the best and everything went so smooth. They were so kind and took great care of my stuff. Loved them!

The movers were amazing and far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond with moving my items from an apartment to a home. This wasn’t an easy move but they rose to the occasion and delivered greatly. They listened to me and took great care with moving items that I was nervous moving. I would recommend them and use them again.

It has been a pleasant moving experience with the Mop and Move LLC on last Saturday, 4/6/24. A screw of 5 movers came to my home on time to do the moving including the owner of the company, Mr. Daniels Rosales, who is a strong and professional mover himself. They carefully covers the floors inside of my home with fabrics, and put a thin nylon film on the stairs of my home to protect them prior to start their moving job. Every pieces of furniture were covered with thick blankets and tightly wrapped prior to move them to their big truck, and every dedicated items were also wrapped with moving blankets prior to move out to the truck. The entire team worked with full energy, friendly, easy to work with, and fully cooperate with my instructions on how to I want my household goods to be handled properly. They had to make two trips in order to finish moving of all our household goods to the new location. They worked tirelessly for the entire day starting from 8:30PM to after 5PM in order to finish their moving job. Their pricing is very competitive comparing to other moving companies. Daniels is a very honest gentlemen, humble, friendly, and very flexible. It's really hard to find someone like him now a day in this moving business. We planned to move on Wednesday, August 3, but when closed to the moving date, the weather forecast predicted that it'll be raining on that day. I called Daniels to ask him to delay the moving date to Saturday instead, and he was able to accomodate my change without any hassel. During the estimate, I told Daniels that we'll do all the packing to save money, and on the moving date, we didn't have enough time to pack two big 52" Samsung monitors, computers, speakers, printers, etc. I asked Daniels that how much he would charge me for packaging and moving these items, he told me it's ok don't worry about them, and they carefully packed all of them, moved to my other home, and unpacked them, reassemble the monitors without any extra charge at all. Their kindness and professional experience results in five star feedbacks from all of their previous customers, and now I do have an experience myself to validate them through their exceptional performance, professional attitudes, and outstanding results. I would highly recommend this moving company to my friends, families, and anyone who need a moving service from a very honest gentleman like Mr. Daniel Rosales.
