Hugo was professional and did amazing work! We had him instal 2 outlets, relocate our cable line and hang a tv above it fireplace with all the wires in the wall. Most others we talked to said they would have to use surface mount which I did not want. It came out great and Hugo and team were very clean and professional. He even taped and covered our mantle to protect it while he was working! Highly recommend!

Hugo has done a great job installing my 55" TV above the fireplace. He conceiled all cables, patched all drywall cuts and painted over. It look great, professionally done. He quickly resolved an issue revealed in the wall. He left the room clean and explained to me what he has done. I am very pleased with Hugo's quality of work and professionalism and I strongly recommend him for tv installation above the fireplace.

Hugo and his helper wall mounted our new 55 inch tv. They installed a sound bar as well as an infrared sensor, which allows for hiding the cable box. They drilled holes into a cabinet we had purchased to hide the wires and equipment. A stereo receiver was also hooked up with 2 speakers installed in our kitchen ceiling and a volume control knob installed. All these improvements required cutting into drywall and patching, which were neatly done. Hugo also did the research for me about what equipment I needed to purchase, which was all online (no visits to Best Buy or other store of that ilk). The best thing, I have to say, is that Hugo came on short notice, in fact it was the day after Thanksgiving. The two men spent about 6-7 hours at my house and literally transformed it from 20th century technology to the 21st, all for $500. I think we got a great deal, and I hope to use Hugo for future projects. Finally, Hugo is very nice, pleasant, as well as extremely hard working and responsible. Thank you, Hugo!

I was really impressed with Hugo and his work. He came to my house the next day after getting the quote - which was very reasonable. He did the work i needed, and tested the results with me to ensure I was satisfied. He also patched drywall that was cut during the installation, and completely cleaned up and replaced furniture that was moved. The repair is so good - it's almost like it never happened.

Exchanged a few messages with Hugo who was responsive and incredibly courteous. He arrived exactly as scheduled and finished the work with impeccable quality and timely fashion. Above all that, he noticed there was an issue with our HVAC and fixed it for us right then and there - I had scheduled a $70 appointment for it! Seriously, can't thank you enough for your hard work, punctuality, and excellent quality!

Every job is different than the last one. Same deal but could be easier could be more challenging. At the end we will get it done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what needs to be done. If its far away ill ask for pics of equipment or location, if its reasonable distance i'll stop by and look at it first.So everybody will be on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for about 15 years Residentially and commercially . I think experience is the best school there is
