If there were zero stars they would get it!!! This company is very unprofessional and unprepared. I scheduled a week out and followed up throughout the week. On the day of move the 2 individuals came 2 hours late with no tools to take the beds down. Then they complained the whole time because they were “thrown” into the job! They then went on to say they would work 3 hours for pay and then assist the other movers that I ended up hiring last minute to get the work done. Upon them agreeing to stay for 3 hours of paid work then argued that I owed them more money. This is a rinky dink company that I would never recommend. Don’t waste your time. Oh and they don’t have a truck you have to provide a u-haul. Stay away! This company is the worst!!

Attempted to hire them for a weekend move to get some heavy furniture delivered. A max of an hour of actual moving and travel and agreed to pay for the 2 hr min. . Made plans on Saturday to meet up on Sunday at 1pm. 10 mins after I sent a message letting them know the parking was good. The person running the chat then let me know that they were running a little behind with no time estimate given. They gave me the number of the person who was suppose to be meeting me and they were very nice but were confused that I was booked for 1pm because they were busy until 5.... It's 1:50pm at this point that we just reschedule to 6pm after requesting a solid meet time.
I asked the person in the chat to please call me because I lived 30 minutes away if there were any changes to the plan. At 5:42, they MESSAGED me via chat that they had to reschedule for tomorrow morning which I was unable to see until arriving at the pick up location.
I did not work with them further. I hope they are able to figure out their scheduling.
