She immediately made me feel comfortable. We were waiting for the manager to get there to start the shoot and she made sure to get to know us and really curate the shoot to what our mental image was. she kept in touch with us multiple times thru the 10 months leading to our wedding. when it came to wedding day she arrived early and stayed late - I had a mentty b and she pulled me aside and hyped me up and made me feel beautiful. she truly loves her job and puts her clients first. she is truly amazing and I would recommend her 100 x over."See more

After looking at his portfolio, I was excited to work with ARRA photo/video. We communicated a couple of times, discussing my event and reserving the date. I requested a copy of his contract he had mentioned and an executed W-9, and he agreed to send them. After a couple of weeks of checking in frequently, ARRA went totally silent on me. I never got the forms, and we ended up finding another photographer. We had to scramble to find a photographer for a major event late in the game, and it really put me in an awkward position with my company.
