Introduction: Over the years I have been shocked at how many times customers were surprised that I showed up at the time that our appointment was set for. Loudoun Custom Coatings did a great job giving my house a much needed face lift! I was really astounded what a dramatic impact a fresh coat of paint had on our home after living in it for 8 years! It felt like I moved into a new house and it motivated me to clean out every room we painted, which was basically every room of the house. The service was excellent and professional. I had previously painted some rooms myself and there was a night and day difference in the quality of workmanship - crisp clean lines where the ceiling met the walls. The manager, Jon was friendly and down to earth and very concerned that I was satisfied with the work. The painters were friendly and curteous, getting the job done efficiently and cleaning up after themselves. It was definitely a great and worth while experience!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the overall work and professionalism we received from Loudoun Custom Coatings from the time we received our estimate to the day the completed their final walk thru. The workers were very professional, and did an outstanding job on a very difficult project. We had other companies advise us to cut corners on the project but Loudoun Custom Coatings took the time to ensure the home was completed with the proper paint and correct color choices to have a beautiful outcome. I will no doubt call on them again for future painting projects.

Jon Childs from LLC was great. He showed up on time during the two days the and the crew were at my house. Having the owner there to listen to my requirements and walk through the job made us feel very comfortable. Jon was there early the second day and at the completion of the job. He even sent a follow up email to ensure we were happy. The crew was courteous and made me feel comfortable. They were friendly, polite and cleaned everything spotless...even after a TON of sanding!

Get at least one other quote. Also, ask to see proof of insurance. We carry 2 million dollars of general liability to give both you and us peace of mind in the event of an accident.
