I have loved working with Ashley so far! About a month into our time together, I’ve already lost 5 lbs and feel motivated to stay on the path toward my goal weight. Ashley always has great recommendations for whatever my pain points have been for the week, and she is open to making changes in my meal plan whenever I ask. Most importantly, the meal plan she provided me is easy-to-follow and leaves me feeling full!! Looking forward to continuing to work with her until I reach my goal!

So I have been working with her for 3 weeks now, and every week I am motivated, to keep going, see little changes in my body. She is very knowledgeable, and gives me the advice and answers to my questions that I am looking for, when talking with her she has a good positive vibe, and is very up lifting. Ashley is one of the best in the business! She always listened to my concerns, goals, and challenges (both big and small) and crafted a customized meal and exercise plan to help me get to the next level in my health journey. She took time to explain importance of a balanced diet and making time for both “cuts” and “maintenance” throughout the year. I never went hungry on Ashley’s diet plans and always felt energized and motivated to sustain consistency, because I never felt I was depriving myself. Ashley has been such a wonderful mentor. She has taught me how to have a better relationship with food, my attitude towards exercise, and how this is a journey, life often gets in the way, but consistency is key.
Ashley takes her job very seriously-she is a consummate professional. I enjoy every check-in (love that she does one on one check ins) and I usually learn something new every time me talk.

Ashley is a true professional in her field. She's knowledgeable and works very hard to understand my challenges, issues, and weaknesses. She also wants to know what I like, what works for me. Her method is to create a positive and flexible fitness and nutrition plan so that I can live my day to day. She understands the pressures of life (work, family, events, vacations) and tailors the program to fit while teaching me about nutrition and wellness. I have no regrets.
