My experience with Uncluttered Haven and Darla--was nothing short of outstanding. Like many individuals that struggle to "keep up" with life's daily tasks of being a working (and , busy and tired!) parent, home organization usually falls to the wayside. In my case, it spiraled out of control--for years. When I finally accepted that this could no longer be part of our everyday life, I looked for professional assistance--because I knew I could not do it on my own. I interviewed many individuals/firms. Darla stood out amongst all. When I first spoke to Darla, I immediately felt a connection. Her kindness and positive demeanor of wanting to help—without judgement-- resonated with me. The day Darla entered our home—I felt an immediate sense of relief that we had chosen the right professional to take on the many organizational gaps and needs we had. She came in—positively and solutions-focused (and, there were some herculean tasks ahead of her!). Her ability to assess the situation(s), and provide cost-efficient, real-time, and useful and sustainable solutions, was incredible. I cannot recommend Uncluttered Haven and Darla enough.

Working with Darla at Uncluttered Haven was great! I like to think of myself as pretty organized, but between work and three teenagers, some things can fall to the wayside, such as our pantry. Darla was incredible in helping to sort through the leftovers and ingredients that I hoped to one day use and streamline the space to the staples and everyday pantry items that we actually eat and use. She was able to use the bins that we already had and supplement with new bins as needed. The result is not only eye-pleasing, but meal prep and busy weekday mornings are so much easier for everyone! It's easy to make the grocery list when you can easily see what you need and the kids can get out the door quickly with lunch and snacks for the day!

The most AMAZING experience all around! Darla and her crew came in and turned my nightmare into a dream! Room by room we purged and they organized from top to bottom! So much thought went into every step! We were able to gain and entire room back of our house that was previously a toy room for my kiddos by compacting and organizing! They were always promptly on time and made the most of their time there! I cant rave about it enough! Months later its super easy to still maintain the organization of everything because of everything being nicely labeled! Its 100% better than previously! Highly recommend for all reasons! Thanks Darla for an amazing job!

I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Darla at Uncluttered Haven services! She was pleasant, helpful and so creative! I thought I was organized until I met her. Not only did she organize my kitchen and bathroom cabinets more efficiently, she gave me tips on how to keep it that way! She's absolutely the best!

We charge charge $75 an hour per organizer. We require a 4hr minimum.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling. I taught special education for ten years. I will be taking courses specific to organizing through the National Association Of Professional Organizers.
