Licensing, code enforcement, permits, surveys, site supervision and subcontract scheduling .
Roof, windows, siding, chimney, basement, oil stained interior walls, floors, paint, plumbing (it will be right), gas installation, electric (she knows people), tile (installation and eye:) Wood (you want to move a beam where?), concrete, ceramic (again eye) for what is right for the home.
