My tenant had just moved in and told me that the dryer wasn’t drying properly (although I had the pipes unclogged recently). I was very stressed and did not want to buy a new machine since it seemed fine. I figured I’d try to look for a solution before jumping the gun on another big purchase. As soon as I messaged, Mohammad reached out to me immediately! He was extremely communicative and arrived to the property so quickly. Since I was at work and not physically at the property, he updated me throughout the process and explained every detail. Not only did he repair the dryer, he went above and beyond by cleaning out the lint/vent pipe and gave recommendations for maintenance. Mohammad truly did a wonderful job and made me feel so much better, especially since I was dealing with so much. I will definitely contact him again whenever I have any issues!
