They came over look at my project making repairs in the kitchen and bathroom, price was good so I had them come and do the repairs, folks they sent over were great. They busted out the old areas. Installed the new tile cleaned everything up made it look great. Excellent job and very happy with the work. this is done in a galley kitchen.
We needed our shower regrouted and caulked and our kitchen counter caulked. Grout Medic had flexible, convenient on line scheduling. We received an in person visit from George to review what needed to be done and then we received the estimate a couple of days later. We scheduled the work. Kenny and Alex came to perform the work. They were professional and courteous. They confirmed the work to be done, and after a quick inspection, recommended an additional caulking for the sink that I had not considered, so added that work for what I considered a reasonable cost. They were very careful with our property. They wore shoe covers going in and out of the house. Alex and Kenny did an excellent job. Alex took extra time with the shower because re-grouting the shower floor was a challenging task. He gave me tips on how to care for the grouting and the silicone and recommended maintenance, which I’m much appreciated. All in all, I’m extremely happy with our experience. Even talking to their admin at the office was a pleasure. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them for additional jobs in the future.
Estimate was quick, and scheduling easy. Not only removed and replaced the grout, but addressed some tile issues and steam cleaned the shower pan. It is like having a brand new shower. worksite was kept clean, technician was professuonal and thorough. I did seal the grout myself, it was not something in my contract. I learned they do offer that, you need to request it (and schedule it for a follow up day.) Highly recommend them!

This company provides exceptional service and results. From the first contact in scheduling an estimate appointment to completion the staff was eager to help, friendly, thorough and professional.The team that came to clean my floors were on time, extremely polite and considerate and went right to work and a pleasure to have in my home.Upon completion I was amazed at the results.
