They sent a technician back out, and all previously loose tiles were properly reattached and re-grouted. The shower now looks and feels solid, and we’re able to use it again without concern.

We had The Grout Medic of Baltimore come out to re-grout and re-caulk our entire shower. Paul was very responsive and provided a quote quickly. From the outset, I noted that there were several loose tiles that might need to be reset, and I was given pricing for that work if necessary, which I was comfortable with.
The technician was on site for about four hours, and we were instructed to let the grout cure for 48 hours before using the shower. After that time, when we went to put everything back, we noticed multiple areas where the grout was already cracking. Upon closer inspection, several of the same tiles were still loose—unchanged from before the work was done. Given the condition of the tiles beforehand, I would have expected that to be addressed before or during the re-grouting.
Overall, while the initial communication was prompt, the quality of the work and lack of follow-up have been disappointing, especially given that the underlying issues appear not to have been addressed."See more
