Porfirio is the kind of contractor who gets the job done right the first time. I hired him to install two doors, and instead of just doing the bare minimum, he provided smart, long-term solutions. For the first door, he suggested a better option for soundproofing, which worked out even better than I expected. The second door was tricky due to a lopsided opening, but he took the time to fix it properly instead of cutting corners. PHM made sure I was completely happy with the results. If you want a contractor who’s skilled, efficient, and truly cares about detailed quality, Porfirio is the one to call! I am now looking into two bathroom renovations with Porfirio’s help because I really appreciate his work and ideas.

We bought a 70 year old house, knowing it had some character. We knew we’d probably have to replace or at least reframe two of our exterior doors at some point due to wear and tear, but some unexpected and dramatic house settling last year made it so we could no longer open the doors and cold air was leaking in. Our hand was forced. I put out a request on Thumbtack and was shocked that Porfirio was the only contractor to respond. I was even more surprised by how professional and friendly he was. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price, and even picked up a custom door for us once my wife got aesthetic ideas in her head.
