They contacted me in good time after my request. We had a clogged toilet and because I am 80, I wasn't able to pushing down on the plunger to get it unclogged. I simply asked for an idea on price if the toilet just needed a quick auger. She said they have no idea, they charge by the job. So I asked how much it would be if it was a simple unclog. She said she had no idea. If your in the plumbing business and don't have any idea of a price range to unclog a toilet, then I didn't feel comfortable doing business with them.
