Upshure installed an electric water heater at my rental property. Very easy to work with, quick and punctual service at very reasonable price.

They were on time each time I called them out; which was about 3 home visits. The initial visit went well with the installation. Unfortunately after suffering 1 flooding incident with my old water heater, I ended up having another with a defective water heater that was installed by Uniaire. They came immediately out and replaced the new defective water heater with another at no cost to me. Unfortunately, another leak occurred hours later with the new water heater. They came out immediately on a Sunday and installed a pressure tank at no charge; but the problem still exists. Come to find out the motor to my hydro- heat system isn't circulating the water properly therefore the pressure builds up and the water is released automatically. Quick temp repair was done until a motor is located. At this time, I haven't heard anything further from the company after requesting a quote to replace the motor that would prevent further water leakage to the property. I'm having to search for someone else to replace the motor, which is unfortunate. Otherwise until this basic repair is complete, I'm unable to have my basement repaired from the flooding due to the possibility of having another flood if this motor isn't replaced soon.

They showed up on time, worked diligently, and left the area they worked in spotless. I highly recommend this company. I personally dealt with Eddie, who was very professional, respectful, and came across as honest. I'll definitely be giving them a call again in the future with any plumbing or HVAC needs.
