While purchasing a 1960s property in Fairfax City, our home inspector flagged some HVAC anomalies. We contacted Patrick to assess the house’s HVAC system. He was thorough, courteous and well-informed. Patrick performed an excellent inspection and and let us know that no further action was required. After two weeks of Patrick meeting with us to decide on tile and carpet for our whole house, we couldn’t be happier. It took a little longer than we wanted but we kept adding items to the scope.
