Unfinished back deck needed railings and gates to make it kid friendly. With minimal input he came under bid and finished in an over the course of a day and a half. Would recommend for anyone needing a handyman.

Jake Panneton provided service that was above and beyound that expected. He listened carefully and easily comprehebded the project requirements. In addition, he made, got approval for and effectively implimented task change orders that increased structure vale. I highly recommend Jake for craftsman wood working and general carpentry work.

Jake is amazing. He did an excellent and quality work for my store cabinets. His price is also very reasonable. He communicates very well. Seems very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

Vinci Builders approached the project from the lense of the homeowner, rather than the lense of a contractor. There were some staffing challenges at the beginning of the project that delayed our original timeline, as the builder assigned to the job wasn't performing up to Jake's standard. Rather than me identifying issues, (or just hoping that I never noticed as most contractors probably would have done) Jake approached me and let me know that he wasn't happy with the quality, and was going to fix it. From there, Jake stepped in and made sure everything was done well, and continued to be transparent in all communication. At the end of the day, I'd much rather the job take a little longer than expected, than sacrificing quality to get it done quickly, so I have no complaints.
