My deck and patio were a wreck. The crew worked hard and efficiently to give my home a new look Jake cares about the quality of the work and materials. Had to have deck, patio and door replacement, a lot of work. Excellent communication and job finished on time. Could not be happier.

Jake owner of Vinci Builders and his team did an amazing job remodeling our deck and waterproofing the area under the deck. Excellent craftsmanship, communication and finished the project timely as promised. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor.

Unfinished back deck needed railings and gates to make it kid friendly. With minimal input he came under bid and finished in an over the course of a day and a half. Would recommend for anyone needing a handyman.

Jake Panneton provided service that was above and beyound that expected. He listened carefully and easily comprehebded the project requirements. In addition, he made, got approval for and effectively implimented task change orders that increased structure vale. I highly recommend Jake for craftsman wood working and general carpentry work.
