Jason did a wonderful job on our property. The new back porch columns and rails, in addition to the work on the front portico, look 10 times better than the originals. And the fact that they're PVC - no more rotting wood! - with a lifetime warranty is an added bonus. No detail was too small, and Jason caught issues that we hadn't noticed in nearly 20 years of owning the home. I also appreciated Michael's courteous and professional attitude as he kept us regularly informed via text and phone calls regarding any scheduling changes.

Both Aldo and Oscar provided exceptional service! I had 2 jobs that I requested.The first job was to reattach some fallen shutters and permanently secure others that were becoming loose, and I also asked if they would re-paint them as they had 10 year old paint that was starting to wear. They not only performed that work but they installed additional reinforcing concrete anchors that will withstand any future high wind events. When the job was done, the new paint was eye-popping providing major curb appeal!The second was a high ladder job involving under roof access to some damaged soffit. Though challenged by high winds, Aldo was able to piece together damaged segments and install everything looking almost new.I would recommend your company to anyone requesting handyman services. And I feel so strongly that I would gladly provide a reference for any perspective customer you wish to call to ask about the service.

We are so thrilled with the work completed by Brendan from Hambleton Handyman! He finished multiple projects for us (moving a light fixture that required invasive drywall cutting, repairing the drywall, and painting; installing an outlet; and more) and we are very happy with all of the work. Working with the scheduler was a pit more time consuming then I would have liked (I received 9 phone calls in one day) but we also had a tight window and they were able to squeeze us in. We will definitely be using this company again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our work is done on a time and materials basis. We have a flat hourly rate, making it easy for you to add or remove work items from your list based on our performance and your budget. We do not mark up materials, and in fact we pass on to you the benefit of the contractor discounts we receive at local hardware stores.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first reach out, you’ll talk with one of our client advocates. He or she will listen to your needs and make sure we understand your projects, so that we’ll be able to send the best craftsman to your home. If you’re interested in moving forward with us, one of our service managers will give you a call to confirm the best day and time for our craftsman to arrive. On the scheduled day, the craftsman will arrive on time and introduce himself with a smile. Then he’ll walk through your projects with you, and get started on the work right away.
