- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working for others in this industry for many years, we decided to do it ourselves. I'm not saying we're the best at everything we do but I will say our customer service is far superior than many other companies. With previous law enforcement employment and working in the hospitality industry, our skills, dedication, loyalty, honesty and professionalism will carry us a long way.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It can't always be about the cheapest bid. You need to be careful of the "less expensive" services that come in way under the average contractor. Normally these are the ones that are severly in need of work and often bite off more than they can chew. In the end, you will end up paying more. We have come in after other contractors who were not able to finish the job. We always hear, "I should have researched them a little more". Be aware, look for response time, professionalism and get refrences.
