His communication was great and we agreed on a price for the removal of my son’s old furniture. Unfortunately, the day he was scheduled, he forgot about the appointment and after being contacted, showed up 4.5 hours later than expected. When he arrived, he immediately asked my son for $50 more than the agreed upon $250. The claim was that the sofa was larger than he thought, although I had sent pictures of all three items prior to receiving the price quote. Not to mention being 4.5 hours late. To summarize: Professionalism- 3.5 (based on tardiness and attempting to change the agreed upon price) Responsiveness- 4.0 Work Quality-4.5 Value - 4.5 Punctuality- 2.5
