BEWARE of signing a contract for long term services. The language in the contract appears clear however when you ask for the services to be performed you'll be told there are extra charges. Example: the contract states leaf removal will take place two times. One would assume those 2 times would be AFTER leaves began to fall. NO. It means if some leaves are picked up in September that meets the agreement. Even if the leaves have not fallen. Once leaves fall, you'll find there is an extra charge for leaf removal. The same for weed control. A number of applications are applied per the contract however if weeds continue to grow, there is an added fee. I falsely assumed weed control meant actually controlling the weeds. Nope. Some of the services were not ever performed but because the bulk of the services in the contract were to be performed in the Fall I did not terminate believing they would be taken care of. No, wrong again. If you're just looking for someone to cut your grass, Tony is fine. He'll even show up in the dark to cut it to make sure he gets paid but don't expect anything more. My advice, pay for services as you get them but AVOID SIGNING A CONTRACT. You will be very disappointed and frustrated.

Tony was great he worked with me service was prompt and extremely professional! Provided we with a follow up call after service was completed and emailed me before and after pictures which was great because I didn't return home till the evening and couldn't see my yard! I would most definitely recommend there service! Thank you!

I got a voice mail service, he called me left a voice mail saying he couldn't answer his phone, so then I called him back and never heard anything else, grass needed cutting so I had to move on.

I am sorry you got my voicemail. I am not sure why? When we started our dialogue I requested a call from you for about 2-3 days. I finally heard from you around the 3rd day. Please note, in your thumbtack ad there were 2 things that were not clear. 1- it stated in a message you had a change of plans and wanted service at a later date, but I was hired? 2- your intitial request encompassed a basic service for mowing, edging, and weeding. Your private message mentioned this in addition to more services. That was no problem, but very unclear. Again, I am not sure why you got the message. However, I am glad you had your services taken care of.
