Pedro was very responsive and excellent communication throughout the entire experience. Red Falls installed Zoysia sod, added an extra step to my patio (code compliance), added a hardscape border with decorative rocks, and removed some unwanted plants. While I supplied the sod, Red falls supplied everything else to complete the job. A crew of three worked very quickly yet did not take any shortcuts. They were careful with surrounding landscape and the property in general. When they had questions or concerns, they asked first before going on, which I really appreciated. At the end of the job, the crew made sure the area was clean of debris and hauled away any remaining trash. I felt that the value of the work was very fair and high quality. I had extra sod left over so I hired them the second time to install by the curbside. They finished the 150sq ft or so in under two hours and it looks great. I really liked the communication leading up to the job, the walk through prior to start, questions during, and post job walk through. Already recommended them to others looking for landscaping work.

Pedro responded almost immediately and came to house to assess the work. We wanted gardens refreshed and have the dead and overgrown growth trimmed and removed. They showed up on time and did an outstanding job. We will use them again!
