I typically offer a fixed rate, but I am flexible when it comes to pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brainstorming. Chopping it up. Hashing it out. Whatever you wanna call it. Very rarely are you dealing with someone who knows your service like you know your service. So I like to talk with my customers, and clearly define what the project goal is. Sometimes it's more than what's in the ad! Talking definitely helps!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Haha! 8 years of ups and downs in world of filmmaking! Seriously, I find its best to let the quality of work speak for itself.
