Music has always been my life’s passion! I am a violinist, pianist, and vocalist. I started playing violin when I was 3. My father and uncle were orchestral conductors, so music was the family business. I went to school as a music education major on a full music scholarship, and I also have a masters and doctorate degree in education. I come from Texas, where I taught private lessons for 14 years and had award-winning, public school choral and orchestral programs for 10 years. Recordings of my group are available upon request!
As a soloist I have performed internationally and have worked with world-renowned conductors. The highlight of my career was performing two solos for the Pope in front of a crowd of 250,000 people! My lessons are structured to address your needs as a student. I create an individualized learning plan/course for each student.
I strive to make every lesson fun and meaningful. I believe students who love music will advance twice as fast. My joy comes from watching others grow, learn and love music as much as I do!
