Have a small rental property in Winston Salem, NC, it has a large tree in the front yard. A very large limb came down and hit the house and the front porch, did a good amount of damage to the roof and tore down the gutters as well. Drove down from MD, did not know any roofers in the NC area, got on thumbtack, contacted Vernon Roofing Experts as well as a couple more. Dylan came out the first day and surveyed the job, we had decided to get the whole roof replaced as well as the gutters, Dylan provided a detailed estimate of material and labor. after receiving 3 estimates, we went with Dylan based on his professional, detail of job and fair estimate. We came to a mutual start date of 3 weeks later. We came back to NC to find Dylan and his team hard at work at 8am as he stated they would start. Dylan kept us up to date daily with any issues that arose as the replacement was going on. During the project, Dylan had shared some issues he found with the wood soffit, Dylan provided estimates for wood vs vinyl replacement, we decided to go with the vinyl soffit. Again , fair price. The entire experience from first contact to the final completion of the job was FANTASTIC!! We would definitely recommend Vernon Roof Experts for you next Roof replacement. Dylan and his company were… PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, DETAILED, FAIR and HONEST (Rare to find all these attributes with contractors anymore) Thank you Dylan and team for a Great job!!

Job was ok and done in one day. The gutters were beat up more than I would have expected. I was offered to have front replaced for cost in 2 weeks and never heard back and thus is 5-6 weeks later now.
