We got up the day after Thanksgiving with no hot water and no heat. I called Pinnacle, who had recently installed our new hot water heater which also activates the furnace, and they sent Andrew right over. Fortunately it turned out to be just a loose wire. Andrew had us up and running in no time. We will definitely use Pinnacle in the future. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

We recently experienced a complete water outage at our motel, and after being turned away by other plumbing companieseither due to high pricing or lack of availabilityPinnacle Plumbing of Virginia truly came through for us.Jon, the plumber who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He initially diagnosed that both the pressure switch and pressure gauge were faultythe gauge was completely filled with water. He replaced both components quickly and efficiently, but when the water still wouldnt turn back on, he didnt stop there. Instead of walking away, Jon went the extra mile and contacted a well company to help get to the root of the issue. Thanks to his persistence and problem-solving, the issue was fully resolved and water was restored to the motel.All of this was done at a fair and reasonable price. Where other companies failed to help, Pinnacle Plumbing stepped up and delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication truly set them apart.
