What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't overcharge. I am on the border of fair and above normal pricing. You will get a Superb quality finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask the customer for photos and then try to get specific details of what they want. I incorporate it into an AI program and show them different but similar looks of how the project can be done. After that we will show up at your home or business and will make sure you get what you want. We understand that perhaps you are not knowledgeable with the work, so we baby step until the customer understands.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an experienced 3 man crew that can do it all! Over 50 years of experience between us.
