- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take the time to understand your project before pricing it. Prices are clearly outlined in advance, reflect the true scope of the work, and never change without a conversation and your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk through your project and expectations. I visit the site, clarify the scope, and create a clear plan. From there, I manage the work from start to finish, coordinating trades and staying involved to ensure the project is completed properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in residential construction and renovation. I started in trade school and spent many years working hands-on in the field. That background allows me to personally perform work when appropriate and manage other trades when needed. I understand construction from the ground up, which helps me plan accurately, catch issues early, and ensure the work is done correctly.
