- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the sq ft and/or the need of the job. Which is why a walkthrough is likely to better quote you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process with new customers is meeting up at the work site to do a thorough walk through of what services is exactly needed. By the end of the walkthrough a quote will be then sent to your email with the expected price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have worked in janitorial and/or housekeeping positions before in all different settings.
