- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning requested. I always try to keep my prices fair while providing quality work. Recurring cleanings may qualify for discounted pricing, and I always discuss any additional services before starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask a few questions about the home, such as the size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning needed. I then provide an estimate and confirm the date and time. On the day of service, I make sure everything requested is completed carefully and professionally, and I always stay in communication with the customer throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, including standard, deep, and move-out cleanings. Through my experience, I’ve learned the proper use of cleaning products, attention to detail, organization, and how to provide high-quality service while respecting each client’s home and preferences.
