Last year I began cleaning with a childhood friend who has successfully created her own cleaning business and I really enjoy it outside of my day job. Small apartment, only asked to clean 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room. Refused to use our vacuum, her vacuum clearly did not work. Refused to use dishwasher had to do it by hand. Pictures taken less than a half and hour after she left. Do not use. Charged $150 for this.

Communication was good. The actual cleaning was extremely bad! I hire cleaners on a regular basis, and this was by far the worst cleaning I've ever had done. I do not have any confidence in hiring another professional from thumbtack and will most likely never use this service again.
