I have been working in the healthcare field for over 4 years. Doing such has allowed me to become proficient in keeping a clean and disinfected environment suitable for all. Small apartment, only asked to clean 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room. Refused to use our vacuum, her vacuum clearly did not work. Refused to use dishwasher had to do it by hand. Pictures taken less than a half and hour after she left. Do not use. Charged $150 for this.

Communication was good. The actual cleaning was extremely bad! I hire cleaners on a regular basis, and this was by far the worst cleaning I've ever had done. I do not have any confidence in hiring another professional from thumbtack and will most likely never use this service again.
