FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually based on size of the space, type of cleaning (standard vs. deep clean), and condition of the home or office. One-time deep cleans typically cost more than recurring maintenance cleans. The quote covers the agreed-upon cleaning tasks listed in advance. Cleaning supplies and equipment are usually included unless stated otherwise. Customers should be aware of possible extra charges for: Deep cleaning add-ons (inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets) Heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, or homes not cleaned regularly Move-in/move-out cleans Same-day or last-minute bookings Larger spaces or extra rooms not included in the original quote Transparency and approval No extra work is done without customer approval. Any price adjustments are explained before the service begins. Payments and cancellations Payment is due upon completion (or as agreed). Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply if notice isn’t given within the required time frame. No surprises A professional cleaning service aims to provide clear pricing upfront, honest estimates, and no hidden fees.
