Choose GOLDSTAR MOVERS LLC for all of your moving needs!! The movers contacted me as promised to give me an estimated arrival time and they were spot on with the timeframe given. Goldstar Movers LLC made a bittersweet move less stressful. When Team 1 arrived and asked what areas of my home would be moved after walking Team 1 through I suddenly felt a weight being lifted. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we do our pricing for local moves we either do a 2hr minimum or 3hr minimum based on the size of the move then we charge a price for anything that exceed the 2hr or 3hr limits. Long distance is just a flat rate fee depending on how far you are going.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customer and finding out what the customer want and meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in the moving business for 5yrs I've own my own moving company for 2yrs so i know the ins and outs of the moving business.
