- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and guaranteed pricing options. Also, as a veteran owned and operated business we provide all veterans, first responders, police, and teachers a 5% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with a new customer is to first determine if we are a good fit for their moving needs. We typically do this via a phone call where we asks the details about the move and check our calendar for availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the Army had my family and I personally experience over 14 moves, with all lacking the degree of customer care that I had hoped for. So, I decided to form my own company and start to change the industry from the inside. It's actually a difficult industry, but very rewarding.
