About me:
Hey there, I'm Jade! Personal trainer certified through the American Council of Exercise, Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Graduate of Regent University with a major in Health Sciences.
Taking care of my own health changed my life completely. It altered my perspective from negative to positive, helped me realize I'm in control, and ultimately showed me that the outcome of my health is largely up to me & my choices. I want to be able to give this empowering and encouraging perspective to everyone that needs it.
My passion is to help people reach their health goals AND enjoy doing it. You CAN achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle and not just change your physical strength, but also improve your quality of life.
As far as in-person training, I have been training clients out of the comfort of their own home for the past 2 and a half years. Personal training comes right to your preferred location- how convenient! I am well versed in intense and effective home workouts, and have several pieces of easily portable equipment such as long and short resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, foam rollers, and medicine balls. I am also very comfortable planning workouts if you have your own equipment you want to use.
While virtual coaching is a bit more hands off, I still provide you with everything you need to be successful and always check in and keep you accountable. Read above for what's included!
