I cannot recommend Mr Bear enough! He came right on time in the weekend and did a phenomenal job power washing my siding and driveway. He also helped me pruning the treed and shrubs which was outgrown and also cleaned the gutters.He is an all in all for if you need a spring cleaning or if you are looking for power wash before you move into your new house He was thorough, removing years of grime, and left the exterior of my house looking brand new. Pricing is by the square foot. Not by time. some jobs take longer or are shorter then others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introductions are everything.
2. Describing the process of cleaning. Then asking about the job the customer has in mind. If the described job is something we can accomplish we provide and estimate. once an agreement has been made on the price work begins.
3. Job sight walk around, looking for anything safety related.
