What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would listen to my customers request, verify the work area and see what needs to be done. Measure the area and see what is the budget for the installation, then give them my best offers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a helper for 1 years, then I took a course with Sherwin Williams and started on my own since 2017.
