How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 6 for Christmas I wanted an Easy Bake Oven.
So my mother set up the laundry room as my kitchen. Pots and pans and the whole get up.
One day I became bored and went into the freezer and was going to cook dinner for my folks. I suppose I did not think this out correctly...... hence a 100 watt light bulb does NOT cook meat, but it does catch fire!
They were not happy campers that day. However the room was builded and I continued cooking from that moment on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
So many really.... I have done events from birthdays, wedding, funerals, back yard events, the US Military.
Personal meals and medical prescribed diets.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Realize that you do not have to settle for a fixed menu! This your event and you should have what you want and at a price that fits your budget.
