About this pro
Most caters and restaurants that cater have menu choices and the client has to choose what they have. I do not do that, I ca ter to your taste and needs and your budget, after all this is about you. I make everything fresh and try my best to use local products and employ help that has the finest knowledge of this art. I will go the distance for my client to assure the best event they can have. I love seeing the faces on people when they take a bite of a dish and see them """OOO yes , this is good""". I feel like I just got the toy I wanted from Santa! It is a great feeling and makes it all worth it.

- How did you get started doing this type of work? When I was 6 for Christmas I wanted an Easy Bake Oven. So my mother set up the laundry room as my kitchen. Pots and pans and the whole get up. One day I became bored and went into the freezer and was going to cook dinner for my folks. I suppose I did not think this out correctly...... hence a 100 watt light bulb does NOT cook meat, but it does catch fire! They were not happy campers that day. However the room was builded and I continued cooking from that moment on.
- What types of customers have you worked with?So many really.... I have done events from birthdays, wedding, funerals, back yard events, the US Military. Personal meals and medical prescribed diets.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Realize that you do not have to settle for a fixed menu! This your event and you should have what you want and at a price that fits your budget.
