- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start my baskets at 25.00 and up. I have not looked yet on what to charge for renewing vows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and tell them a little about Baskets By Sandra. I then would like to know the occasion for the basket and for whom the gift is for. I then like to know a little about the person that I am making this for. For renewing vows i like to meet the couple and get to know them a little and then tell them a little about myself. I am a lic. minister but I am not ordained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to chaplaincy school and I am working on obtaining my Masters in Pastoral Counseling.
