- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a military family member I will always offer a discount to our military personnel. Our pricing is always affordable we charge for what the job, equipment and products are needed. We never overprice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first introduce ourselves over phone to get a visual of what your vision is for your project we then set up a time for a free estimate at your convenience to make sure we know exactly what the project is we then email or text you an estimate the same day once you agree to accept the estimate we require a minimum of half the total before we begin to work and the remainder at the end after we do a walk through of your project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
