We had a relatively good experience getting a tree in our backyard cut down. The only issue was we weren't able to have the stump removed as planned without taking my fence down. I did have to initiate follow-ups on scheduling, confirming details, paying and regarding the stump issue, but they were respectful when they did communicate. Payment was only able to be done through Zelle after several attempts to get a payment link sent as well. Overall, the tree is removed, but I wish some of the other interactions went a little smoother. Everyone was polite and respectful, this is just my honest experience.
