We had a 21 foot cinder block wall that we wanted removed and replace it with a 21 foot steal beam to have an open concept home. We are normally DIYers, but found quickly we were in over our heads. We contacted the Reyes to come and take a look. They came out the next day and said they could do it. Gave the best price out of three other estimates. They started the next week. We couldn't have been more pleased with the end results. They showed up on time, set up quickly and cleanly. Worked with us every step of the way. They gave us a week time frame and they were done in three days. They went above and beyond to prep and clean the beam before lifiting the 500lb beam into place in the ceiling. They also framed the new construction for drywall. We are very pleased with the end results. Attached are when the wall was there, the framing they set up, and then end after drywalled. We are doing the rest ourselves.
