The guys were very responsive and did a fabulous job installing a built-in microwave with trim kit. They were prompt and efficient working with each other to get the job done. They had to tweak some wood slats inside our cabinetry to make it all fit and look perfect. They did a great job! Would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Lee. He was punctual, responsive, and very professional from start to finish. He was also flexible when I needed some adjustments to the schedule, which I really appreciated. He did an excellent job fixing both the front and back door locks, and he went above and beyond by taking the time to go purchase the necessary products himself. He was patient, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would absolutely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Update - I had to change my original review where I gave this company 5 stars. I don't recommend this contractor. The first job through Thumbtack was fine. I thought Lee could handle another job to replace some deck boards. He had a worker come and take out the deck boards, and realized the joists also needed to be replaced. It was just too much, and he only had someone show up once to take the original deck apart. I can't get him to return to finish it. I have to get another contractor to do the work he did not. That's why I don't recommend Lee and Precision Elite.
