FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate according to workload. Depending on the home there may be more work than expected. I charge one fee regardless of how long it takes. Sometimes I hear clients say they want a cheaper price but then end up not being happy about the clean. I'm very detailed. I'm the cleaner your landlord hates because he'll have to cough up most of your deposit lol. I love what I do and I truly believe its an art form. The look on a clients face when they see their immaculate home is PRICELESS!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation. Price Quote. Sign Contract. Complete Job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for over 1 year. Prior to going into business for myself I worked for a company specializing in Move-in/Move-out cleanings for a year. I was a shipyard painter for 3 years, worked in the home renovation industry as a painter for 3 years. I've been reupholstering and refinishing old furniture, designing jewelry and interior decorating pretty much my whole life. I'm what you call a "creative". Along with me I have employees with over 50 years combined experience in cleaning and home renovations.
