Andy was extremely informative about the units I needed in my home. He took measurements for accuracy and did a through examination, including duct work-insulation in the attic, size and condition of the ducts/returns as my home is over 40 years old. He has a very easy manner about him and is not the typical, pushy sales person. He lays out the plan for your home and explains every detail. He makes it hard to even consider another company. The job took 3 days and the quality of the work was excellent. Andy was always on time and in my opinion went above and beyond my expectations. There is nothing I can think of that could have improved my experience. You can not do better than Andy Sutter-he is straight forward, honest and one heck of a nice guy.

Andy helped my wife and I in the selection of new heat pumps for our residence. The job was performed in Virginia Beach and took one day to complete. Andy was knowledgeable on the heat pump systems he presented and was interested in having a satisfied customer at the end of sales and installation process. Andy was punctual for the initial appointment and did a follow up visit on the day of the installation to ensure that everything was going as planned. The technicians performing the installation were courteous and went to great lengths to keep the work area tidy. Andy did a great job. I have no problem recommending him to other people. He does what he says he is going to do!

R. Andy Sutter is an excellent sales person with a unique gift of communication. He is very convincing when he sells a product that he likes and believes is a very good product for the customer. His dedication and honesty is above reproach and this coupled with his outstanding personality is a combination that can't be beat. The products that Andy sold us is top of the line and we are enjoying our new Air Conditioner and Heating System very much.

We had the Mitsubishi Electric ductless system installed in our house. Andy did an amazing job for us. He knows the product and how to install it. All of our questions were answered and he made sure that we were happy with all of the work. The crew arrived on time and finished the job in the estimated amount of time.The system is very efficient and super quiet. It is nice to work with someone who really does what they say they will do. I would recommend Andy and Air Specialty for any HVAC needs.
