- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t do surprise charges. Pricing is based on load size, labor, and dump fees. You’ll always know the total cost before we start. We also offer bundle pricing if you have multiple items or rooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple and stress-free: 1. You send a photo of what needs to go. 2. We give a clear quote. 3. We schedule a time that works for you. 4. We show up, get it done, and send before/after confirmation. No confusion, no delays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is hands-on work and we’ve gained our experience from years of real jobs not classroom theory. We’ve handled hundreds of junk removal projects and small moves across the Hampton Roads area, and we’re skilled at doing things safely and efficiently.
