- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact When a customer reaches out, I ask a few quick questions about the project—such as the TV size, wall type, furniture being assembled, or lighting being installed. This helps me understand exactly what you need and how to prepare. 2. Clear Estimate Based on the details or photos you provide, I send an upfront quote so you know the cost before booking. For more detailed projects, I may request additional pictures to make sure the estimate is accurate. 3. Scheduling Once everything is confirmed, we choose a date and time that works best for you. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to fit your availability. 4. Arrival & Preparation On the day of the job, I arrive on time with all the tools and hardware needed. Before starting, I do a quick walkthrough to confirm placement, height, cable management preferences, or any final details. 5. Service Completion I complete the installation or assembly with care and precision—making sure everything is level, secure, and exactly how you want it. I work efficiently while keeping your home clean and respected. 6. Quality Check & Clean-Up Once the job is done, I walk you through the finished work to ensure you’re happy with the results. I clean up any packaging or debris so the space looks neat and ready to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of real hands-on experience. I’ve completed countless TV mounting, furniture assembly, and small electrical/lighting projects, which has allowed me to build strong skills and reliable judgment. I continuously study proper installation techniques, safety practices, and updated hardware to make sure every job is done correctly and securely. Over time, this mix of practical experience and ongoing learning has helped me develop a clean, efficient, and professional process that customers can feel confident in.
