My Thumbtack service fee is a discounted rate in exchange for the referral service that is provided.

Access their needs for their piano. Offer observations to help them know more about their instrument.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My apprenticeship started with the lead piano technician at the State University of NY, Stony Brook. The next step included study with a Steinway factory lead technician prior to setting out on my own piano service. Continuing education has included workshops from the Piano Technicians Guild.
