- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My professional fees are aligned with my expertise. I strive to cater all pricing to clients needs in accordance to the services they require of my business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Introductory meeting will start with an initial phone or video call. In unique circumstances; text and/or email - Second meeting consists of going to access the property - Gather pertinent information about the property in order to list it and market to potential renters, short and long-term. - Discuss the level of management the owner requires (full service consist of but not limited to; hiring cleaner, walk-through inspections prior to rental and after, report damages if applicable, stock home (short-term rental) with toiletries and other listing related items.) Partial Management: hire cleaner, walk-through only after guest vacates home and report any damages, does not manage marketing property to potential renters.

- More than 15-years in Real Estate Management - Current Board President for a 128-unit Condominium Association - Senior Property Management to area Property Management Companies - Prior Real Estate Salesperson in the New York City Area (sales included $1.5M)
